Jonathan Salazar, MMS, PA-C is the founder of Care On Call Pediatrics. He is a highly experienced Physician Assistant with a Master of Medical Science degree from Nova Southeastern University. Jonathan has extensive expertise in pediatrics, trauma, emergency medicine, urgent care, and pediatric orthopedics. With an additional background in child development and special education, and experience working with special needs children in schools and The Special Olympics, Jonathan is particularly skilled in techniques that comfort and calm children and alleviate anxiety, ensuring they feel safe and secure during their visits. These practices are not only a core part of Jonathan’s healthcare approach but also a founding principle of Care On Call Pediatrics. Jonathan lives in Nocatee with his family and is a devoted husband and father of two. His deep commitment to family and compassionate care is reflected in every aspect of his practice.
