**We do not accept or process insurance claims at this time. We can provide a receipt of service (or superbill upon request) which can be submitted to your insurance for an out-of-network claim. We fall under Telehealth and Urgent Care, which most insurance plans cover. We accept HSA, FSA, and self-pay options. Membership Options
We are currently serving communities in St. Johns County between Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine Beach and Duval County/St. Johns communities South of 295 and East of the St. Johns River, as well as the Beaches communities. If outside our service area radius, a travel fee will be determined on a case by case basis.
