We require a telehealth consult prior to all urgent care and sick visit house calls to ensure your child receives the safest and most effective care. During the consult, our provider will:
Assess your child’s condition to determine if it can be treated safely in a home setting.
Identify any necessary testing materials or equipment to bring for the visit.
Gather important details about symptoms and medical history to make your in-person visit as efficient and thorough as possible.
This fee also includes direct access to our provider and team via text messaging before and after appointments, so you can ask questions and address concerns related to the condition being treated.
A $75 telehealth consult fee will be added to your bill for urgent care or sick visit house calls. However, if a follow-up visit is needed for the same issue within 30 days, no additional consult fee will apply. We will also not charge multiple telehealth consult fees for siblings seen during the same visit.
This process allows us to deliver personalized, comprehensive care for your child while ensuring the most value and convenience for your family.

We highly recommend that you have established care with a primary pediatrician in addition to using our newborn services. While our newborn package is an excellent complement to your baby's overall healthcare team, our home-based model means we don’t provide full comprehensive newborn care. Some tests and services are outside our scope, so having a primary pediatrician ensures your baby receives the most complete and well-rounded care possible. Our goal is to work alongside you and your pediatrician to provide convenient, personalized support and peace of mind for your family during this special time.
